Dr Flynn has practised on the Gold Coast for over 20 years. He is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and has a wide experience in Cosmetic Surgery including Facial Lifts, Breast Augmentation, Liposculpture and Laser Surgery. Dr Flynn also has a keen interest in the treatment of Skin Cancer and Varicose Veins. Dr Flynn has studied and trained overseas and is Board certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery and has a Diploma of Practical Dermatology from the University of Wales (UK). Dr Flynn is in constant demand for teaching and speaking engagements at conferences in Australia and internationally. He also consults for product companies and helps to formulate protocols for the avoidance of and management of complications. Sue is our Senior Nurse Specialist and heads up our aesthetic department she has successfully trained and led a number of medical aesthetic teams including paramedical aestheticians . A passionate and dedicated person Sue has accumulated many years of experience and knowledge, she receives regular requests and invitations from professional bodies regarding industry advice and training. As a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Licenced Laser Operator and Paramedical Aesthetician, Sue has exceptional skills to enable her to provide our clients with an extensive range of Non Surgical Cosmetic enhancement procedures.

Marilyn is an integral member of our practice, having worked with Dr Flynn for almost 9 years, resulting in her extensive experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Practioner. With regular attendance at training seminars, and Cosmetic Conferences both nationally and internationally, she is continually updating her skills in Non-Surgical Cosmetic Enhancement Procedures. She is a certified Advanced Skilled Cosmetic Injector, an Accredited and Licenced Laser Operator, is experienced in the applications of chemical peeling/microdermabrasion and has a vast knowledge of all cosmeceutical applications.

Aileen joined Cosmedic & Skin Clinic in June 2007 as Dr Flynns personal assistant. With a strong background in administration Aileen organizes Dr Flynn's international speaking commitments and training workshops. Aileen also assists with the Journal of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine of which Dr Flynn is Publisher. As part of our team she also works in all areas of administration within our busy practice.

Su has a long history in the medical industry and has a special interest in Cosmetic Surgery. She comes with a wealth of valuable knowledge and with her years at Cosmedic & Skin Clinic has gained much insight into all procedures. Su is the person who will look after all your hospital bookings and is always ready to answer any enquiries you may have.

Nikita joined our team in 2008 after completing her Bachelor of Nursing at Griffith University. As well as her position in our clinic she also works at Gold Coast Hospital. With her bubbly personality and kind nature she is an asset to have here for all our patients before and after surgery.

Mandy is our new Paramedical Aesthetician she completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2004 and went on to have extensive training in all areas of Cosmetics and Beauty. Her role in our clinic is to prescribe skin treatments and products using our Visia Skin Analysis Machine as well as performing Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Sonopheresis and manual lymphatic drainage pre and post surgery. We are happy to welcome Mandy to our team.

Cosmetic tattoo artist and Medical Aesthetician Sibina is committed to excellence and we welcome her to our team. Sibina has been working in the cosmetic surgery industry since 1999; her experience now extends from facial enhancements through to tattooing post reconstructive surgery and camouflage. She trained under the guidance of internationally renowned Cosmetic Tattoo trainer Val Glover-Hovan in Sydney and is highly sought after for her expertise. Her ability to create the most natural looking makeup for women has developed a cult like following.
